Terms and Conditions

• The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 16 years or over, excluding employees and their families of the Promoter, its dealers, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
• The prize draw is only open to people who register online at www.readybed.co.uk. No purchase is necessary to enter.
• All users who register with the website will be entered into the prize draw. Entries must be submitted by an individual (not via any agency or similar) and, unless otherwise stated, are limited to one per household.
• 1 winner, who registered online, will be selected at random from all entries under independent supervision. The process of drawing the winner at random is final and no further communication will be entered into.
• The competition is a rolling competition. The first draw will take place on Monday 29th June 2009.
• The prize as stated is:
  1 x adult ReadyBed from any available on the ReadyBed.com website
• The prize must be redeemed within 3 months of notification of winning.
• No cash or other alternative is available to the prize stated in part or whole.
• The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with one of a greater or equal value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
• The winner will be notified by email by 15th July 2009. The name and county of the winner will be available on request by sending a stamped addresses envelope to The Innovation Factory, St. Columb Major Business Park, Cornwall, TR9 6SX
• Third party / bulk entries will not be accepted.
• The winner consents to his/her name being published by the promoter.
• The winner consents to participation in all required publicity including any presentation event.
• You may be offered the chance to subscribe for a free newsletter or other service of the Promoter but failing to do this will not disqualify you from the Competition.
• By entering this prize draw, participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules.
